Opportunity usually sits in the face of circumstance.
At any given time there are factors that cause movements within the real estate market.

Today we have supply and choices and locations.
Today we have circumstances of motivation.
Today we still have reasonable interest rates.

In the last decade of real estate sales activity the lion share of transactions were with consumers trading equities. They gave focus to the difference of what they had in relation to the new consideration of what to acquire.

It all works out in the long run…the long term.
The best circumstance today is that there is supply.

It is a good time to stay with principle residence considerations and make a move if the circumstances suggest to do so.
